Experiences

In 2012 I returned to practicing fencing, more than thirty years after the last match. I never quite understood the reason for this “call”, but fencing had taught me respect for the opponent, greeting, and handshake. In 2013 I won my FIRST senior regional championship! In that same year I began to think about a new glove, contamination of experiences from my work as a sport designer (in 2013 I collaborated with the Spanish HRT F1 team, and in 2014 with the F1 SAHARA FORCE INDIA team), as an artist (in 2012 Vittorio Sgarbi, at the biennial art festival, defined me as the “Trevigiano” – from Treviso – of light), and as art director (I created several communication campaigns). With this human baggage, the fencing glove for foil and sword was born in 2018.
